Good work....Latest news release.......Well fellow shareholders, Adriaan and team have raised enough money through private placement to dig us out of the horriable state the old obdurate board of (mis)directors left the company in. $600,000. dollars raised should be enough the get us back on our feet and running again. Congratulations, Mighty GOOD work for the first full week on the job! Wonder where we will be after the first full month. Many of us have been here for years and have a great deal riding on PC, I can say we believed we had the right claims and deposits and now can believe we have the person at the helm that wants us all to succeed in the investment.

FINANCING
PacificOre Mining Corp. has arranged the placement of up to 12 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $600,000. Each unit shall consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable for a period of one year at a price of 10 cents. Once resale restrictions on the shares having expired and upon company's shares trading at or above a weighted average trading price of 15 cents for 20 consecutive trading days, PacificOre may give notice that the warrants will expire 30 days from the date of providing such notice (in writing to warrantholders and via a news release). The proceeds will be primarily used for working capital. The financing is subject to regulatory approval.
