And  what was the  financing  to   Brian Adams  at  5  cents   with cheap wts  to pay  for  his  outstanding   fees....   This  was  against    exchanage  rules     to pay  for   fees  of  an insider  with stock  which  includes a wt...  I  made a  formal complaint  about this  but they  said I was too  late  as it  had  already  been  aproved.

Stock taken  as  compensation for  service  is  not to include a  wt... this  is  evidenced  by the  multitude  of  venture  stocks  that  have  complied  with the  rule  and  taken stock  at  above  market  price   without a  wt  to  cover   wages  or  expenses.
