I think the company was Hijacked long ago.
I wonder why so many came on board and lkeft so soon.
I didn't make Don Venture tell me anything.... he volentiered the info to me and also to mountainman as we discussed the alligation and he called him back and confirmed every Mountainman and I talked about,,, then Don reiterated that alligation just before he also filled his resignation. he was a director at that time and you had quit.
One has to wonder how you aquired the 3 properties in the first place..... ?
Were they properties that were on APA prior to you aquiring them? I don't know?
