RE:RE:RE:Blackrock going public.

RE:RE:RE:Blackrock going public. When this  consolidation  and  amalgamation  of   Blackrock  and  CXE  is  complet  there  will be   about  103 MM  shares   with  an  implied   value of  .25 /  share  Not  sure  what  the  share  value  of the   original  Blackrock  holders   was as  little  is  disclosed.. I  expect  this  deal  will  have   huge  support  by  those  in  the  know  and  they  will  run the   share  price  up  considerably  before   doing a  financing  to  fund  the  development.

From  their  NR:

shareholders of BlackRock will be entitled to receive one postconsolidated common share of Camex in exchange for every one common share of BlackRock that they presently hold. All outstanding convertible securities of BlackRock will also be exchanged for equivalent securities of Camex. It is also a condition of the proposed transaction that Camex complete a consolidation of its existing share capital on a five-old-for-one-new basis and change its name to Blackrock Metals Corp.
