"Historic non-compliant estimates" before any statement would pretty much cover his rear-end. I wasn't at the mtg so I have no way of knowing what the reporter omitted or misunderstood of if Mr Bakker was being overly hyperbolic.
Trying to mend fences in the communities around the project and with Qc Inc. is a good strategy as nothing is being done at Lac Dore without support from both.
