RE:RE:It's called ResearchI should really stay out of this but....I can only find 3 ongoing lawsuits against VRB...one by Derozier, O"Brien and White respectively and then one against SH by O'Brien.  I spent the $20'ish bucks to look at the fillings for the O'Brien vs VRB and all I could see so far is that...O'Brien says he was terminated and VRB says he quit and because he and Maverick were one and the same, his quitting was the same as Maverick terminating the agreement.

As any lawyer will tell you....you never know what might happen when it goes in front of the judge.  Time will tell....probably need to wait until kite surfing season is over in Squamish before it moves again.
