What you idiots (Will + Pat) fail to realize is that when a mining company uses value added processing in the PEA equation, it doesn't matter what cut-off value they use compared to a run of the mill ore! Regardless of the profitability cut off for mining unprocessed vanadiun, when you start to improve the value of the mined resource by producing marketable vanadiun electrolyte, you can still be profitable with lower concentrated ore. It's 2016. You old men need to realize venture stocks aren't what they used to be. Retire and go home.
