RE:RE:RE:The objective is.....Junior resource companies are highly speculative and for everyone that grows to Goldcorp or Barrick there are 100 or more that die slowly. The Pilot Golds and AuEx of the world are real and do happen but you are right, no bank is gonna touch something without a certainty of cashflow.  Bring them a bankable feasibility study and show them all the approvals to begin mining and offtake agreements, you can likely secure debt type financing for at most 60% of the project.;

Tech space is no different which is why early investors make out large when the companies are successful.  They are rewarded for the risk they take.  Banks are risk averse....in theory.

Every single company on Stockhouse has 5-10 guys going rah rah rah we are going to be millionaires.....so let's be real.
