RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting Gov support for pilot plantHad a 20 minute phone conv with Mr Bakker yesterday. He is very enthusiastic.Most of the discussion was re the processing.  He indicated success with various feedstocks. Much interest from people in the vanadium industry. The process capacity can be increased on a modular basis by adding another reactor. He also indicated that 80% of the shares are controlled by 10 shareholders. He emphasized that the required equipment was off the shelf.  I look for something significant to occur before yearend. You have to be optimistic with junior miners or just go nuts. He also said that phase 2 would probaly come to an end in 30 days. One thing I did come away with is that he is adverse to spending a lot of money. I do admire cheap!
