What Blackrock is up to

What Blackrock is up toSomeone asked what Blackrock was up to....according  to this they are within weeks of full permitting and will start work on all aspects of project in spring.  They have said similar in past so we shall have to wait and see.  I figure it it does start it will be good for our share price.
