My T2 post was sarcasm, but it is clear that for sarcasm to be effective, your audience must have  some basic level of knowledge. 

T1vsT2 is not simply "where you are in the chain". But even if that all it is, we have been moved back down the chain. How in anybodies books could that be seen as a good thing?

The level of oversite exercised by the exchange and securities commission is higher for a T2 company. So what you say, well what that means is that management is now on a tighter chain. Their will be more "paper work". read costs, associated with maintaining the listing, completing financings etc. 

But more importantly is institutional investors are by in large not allowed to invest in T2 companies. And who cares about that you ask? 

Well lads, good luck moving this story without much more volume, much more liquidity etc. Retail can not do it alone.
