They have been playing by the rules all this time, so you have to ask, whose rules? I don't know how you can go from building a battery plant,and mou's etc.and not file quarterly financial statements as you know you must,in order to remain active on the TSX. It's either kaput or there will be more to come. Who knows? There is the AGM, though,that's really refreshing to know right?
