It's been a long time
to be halted,especially when there is so much "positive news" VCR has reported in the recent past. The good news comes out,and then wham, fini,no more trading.Figure that out. What's wrong with having good news flowing ? Theories will be mentioned,and then the news.. things are back to normal,whatever that means. No news is not good,especially when they Forgot To File. Hope some news shines a light on the companys' prospects. I like to see everything out in the open,transparent ,as it were. No shady stuff.

Failing or forgetting results in the same outcome;for what reasons are unclear,especially when there has been a sort of about face in the companys' movements.

Why do you keep trying to tie their failure to file to some great strategic initiative? In other words, management can not walk and chew gum at the same time.
