Ottawa's stupidity and ignorance never ceases to amaze me! If we are going to continue to send Canadian soldiers into harms way, the least that we can do is give them the best equipment possible to defend themselves and help them succeed in their mission. In VRS we have a Canadian company that is a world leader in protecting troops from IED's, yet there is no move to make this technology available to all of our troops.
I know that it may sound self-serving for a VRS investor to say these things, but believe me, I say these things as a Canadian not as an investor. The time has come for the folks in Ottawa to get out of the ivory towers on Parliament Hill, drive down the road to Allen-Vanguard headquarters and buy some equipment to help our troops stay alive! With all of the other crap on which our government wastes tax dollars, spending some money on VRS equipment is one of the best investments they could ever make.
