Sorry wakku, but I'm with SmCap99.  Based on the past year, you just can't say the words "Luxton" and "credibility" in the same sentence.  It's been one unfulfilled promise after another.

Blaming your problems on your customers laziness is just not an acceptable excuse and certainly is not a recipe for success in the marketplace.

The CEO's (and other senior managers) should be rewarded strictly on the basis of their results.  If VRS records a loss (like in Q3) bonus payments should be zero.
