For all we know HC approval may already be in {SEPT 30th}. Who knows. But if approval was hoped for and possibly rceived be the end of first quarter it may be in already. I believe the company has 10 days to file notice on Sedar of any material change affecting the company. This is a TSX requirement of publicly traded companies. So if they have received approval a pending announcement could come prior to October 15th. Pure speculation on my part, and if any sharp securities people can comment if this is not accurate please post. IMHO.
PS I hope an announcement comes out on a Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Weekending announcements are not generally effective or a good sign. IMHO.
