I have been hearing quite a bit of complain here that VUX 's share price is too low.   now, I want to ask how much should VUX's share price be, in the current market.   can anybody answer my question ?    thanks,   please be reasonable.

Good question - I've owned 1% of this company for about 3 years now and based on current production and using a conservative $35k/boepd it should be in the 45-48 cent range. With a few new wells drilled, that could easily be doubled.

Why is it so low then ? Been in the dumps then all of a sudden it jumps from 5 cents to 30......that because price of oil sky rocketed over the last 4 months ? they dont plan on drilling any new wells from what i heard but im really hoping that will change. I'd like to see 2-3 wells drilled this year. GB

I think the main reason is they're terrible at IR and haven't even updated the website so no one knows about them. They hadn't mentioned anything about the drilling they did last summer in SE Sask and then boom, 600bopd tied into the Whitecap battery, I couldn't believe it so I drove out to site and saw the jacks with my own eyes lol.

Do insiders still hold 50% of the stock,i tried going back on sedar to check all their Nrs and Fins and they dont have much, very hush hush. I imagine with O&G pricing avg $100/Barrel the past 2 months, will bode well for Vux. I guess next update will most likely is the next Fins ?  GB

Yes, I believe that number is closer to 65% actually. I expect the company to report ~1000boepd (Lampman wells doing 600 alone) and I believe all production is unhedged, so we are talking ~$125 CAD/bbl. They are awful at telling the story but eventually the news will get out - the reality is they could be grossing north of $100k/day right now, so the current market cap plus debt is likely less

I think we need to push the management to improve on this front, for the best intrest of all the shareholers. it seems nobody knows the company, and the website is like the company already dead.

Totally agree Chris, I think there's value for everyone involved and therefore let's continue to push them. After thinking this over ive come to conclusion that the company releasing news out of the blue and not keep investors informed demonstrates complete discard for shareholders imo Maybe the director will have a change of heart and actually do some promo and update shareholders more appropriately. Considering insiders own so much of the stock youd think they would want the Sp to increase so their

I think the market is looking for a news release with substance, not a new release about an updated website.
