We don't even know how many shares have been sold in the PP ---lets wait and see. Maybe only a small percentage of the shares sold are insiders and the dilution will be minimal---putting the cart before the horse comes to mind. Trading at the same price as the offering is not a deal unless of -course another piece of conjecture comes in to play ---Funding and phase1---then it becomes a win win

l own lots of shares .....and at this point just want Goren to reprice this fiasco of a pp to cut down on the dilution ....if the pp was done at .17 like it should be the dilution could have been cut down in half and still raised the same amount of money .....Greed is what is killing this stock !!!

Agreed - the nice thing about a board like this is it's very clear to see all levels of the spectrum: some knowledgeable; some not; some hurtful; some helpful. Good experience to be humble and be careful with your words.
