Go the fundamental route its a free world right. Fundamental traders have no clue to buy or sell the news, up down, head fake, outside reversal. The fundamentals are made up around the trend. Bad news can rally a stock ot commodity or record earnings cause it to tank. TA applies to penny stocks im afraid because penny stocks move on emotion. Human law

Penny stock traders probably use both tech and fundamental tools, it doen't have to be one or the other.

Fundamental traders struggle simply because they don't know if the news has been priced or not. Doesn't matter what it is. If you follow commodities oil can rally the second the inventory report is released Wed on bad news. Why is that? Manipulation lol. Things happen so quickly it is not humanely possible to digest the inventory report, in that time, in the context of price action. The

Not sure I want to do that but it is a cool challenge and could be fun with a bit of work establishing timelines, deadlines and other details but I must repeat my argument was about using T/A to trade (and make money) on Penny Stocks, particularly those in a volatile or Hot Sector. Also i think most folks who trade Penny stocks do so for certain reasons....like volatility and minimum cash outlay
