Reality is ....
Vaxil is not making any express or implied claims that it has completed developing or will be successful in creating anything of any value .... period !!!

if this is true then this stock will slowly go to 2 or 3 cents and anytime it will look like we will gain then they will announce restructuring which basically means management wants more money and stock will drop, we will be lucky to see 10cents in the next year or more

As long as David Goren remains on the board the share price will continue to slide .....
