I think the bagholders will be shocked when no asset sales materialize. That's because voxtur has NO ASSETS to sell. This is going to ZERO!

In fact they do have an asset to sell.  That asset sale should reduce debt from about $43m to $21m.  The balance could be taken care of by 1. selling a partnership interest in one of the other higher margin businesses or an alternative interest only financing secured by IP.  Let's see how things progress or not through the end of the month and into November.

Sure, they have lots to sell. Just no buyers at the prices they need. Your back of the napkin math is wayyyyyy off. Voxtur will likely be insolvent in a few months.

As a whole entity i would agree with your statements but as seperate business's the task is easier , remeber extensive data rooms were built to enable original purchase , as well remember that each purchase had a stock componet which triggered tax hence the unusual selling presure to cover bills. These entities alll have intrinsic value and produce cash when not burdened by exessive corporate
