VZLA Copper Spinco!

VZLA Copper Spinco!I have a question and it has probably been answered a number of times but I am new to this board. Can someone pls. tell me when the cutoff date is/was for the copper spinco.  It's a rookie question but I just have no luck finding the answer.   Thanks.
