I have a question and it has probably been answered a number of times but I am new to this board. Can someone pls. tell me when the cutoff date is/was for the copper spinco.  It's a rookie question but I just have no luck finding the answer.   Thanks.

We don't have that answer however it should be mentionned in the coming documents to be mailed to the shareholders.

I guess the spinco would have to been approved before a cutoff date.  Thanks for getting back to me. I think I'll ne aquiring a few more shares.
