Traders say that insider sells doesn't affect a SP that much. I digress. VZLA is a case in point, not so much Konnerts diposition, though noticeable, but Funks 2 million $ sale at 1.60 effectively put a new resistance point on the share price(IMHO). Previously resistance was at 1.80$ and that is where we should be now with Silver being north of 28$. Now more then ever the drill bits need to produce before the SP regains traction.

So if Funk hadn't sold would we go up if we pulled dusters ? Ultimately the drill bit is the only thing worth shite. The ore body doesn't have the foggiest idea what the twits up top are doing. 7 drill bits are currently turning so that is definately in our favour and the stock is showing a bit of life too...finally !

The negative perception around insiders selling can linger, however Coffin is adamant this was done in an off market cross. I have no clue to what extent this impacts the ta since it wasn't sold into open mkt buying/bid pressures. Regardless, we move on, the project continues to be top notch, and seven rigs going should do all the talking this mkt needs to hear. Glta

When I was first alerted to the insiders exercising their options I couldn't find the corresponding sales, there simply wasn't the volume so I thought maybe they held onto the stock but exercising comes with a large future tax liability so not selling could be suicidal. Then we heard that they crossed out the stock or did a private off market transaction, which is interesting because it

I agree. The problem is the optics of masses but that too shall pass. Let them rigs tell the story. Glta

I believe insiders have 5 business days to report a sale which is why you couldn't find a corresponding sale.
