Tough to compete?

Came across this company becauseI think it's a cool space - GoPro had a great ipo, oculus was bought by facebook, and google is working on their own version

Anyways, I hought it looked interesting, only to see it was delisted from tsxv? I guess it's tough to compete when larger companies like gopro are selling their products for much cheaper... ?

Forgot to mention that the company seems to have little to no cash (from their most recent financials) with a few million in liabilities If there are any shareholders on this board please do chime in because I'm curious to hear what's going on with this company
