I am out WAVE for now

I sold all my WAVE holding for +35% profit. It appears thatthe insiders selling their shares after every news likely to raise funds. It has happend 2-3 times. I would buy back if we get price break of 0.29-0.3 and be sustainable. Otherwise, I think it will drip back to 0.14-0.15 again.

Given that WAVE price closed at 0.175,  think my decision of selling WAVE between 0.22-0.245 seemed to be a good decision! Problem is that we as retail investor don't know how many shares the insiders or their associates plan to sell. WAVE has a lot of potential, however, the stock needs a lot of volume at higher price to sustain better pricing.

WAVE got 6 more cancer drugs but the SP is half of that it was a few weeks ago.  With almost a dozen generic cancer drugs in the pipeline WAVE is becoming a major force with only a $9 mil. cap. There are only so many generic cancer drugs out there and WAVE has most of them I think

Yesterday I wrote to mr. Friesen! He answered me that no insider has sold shares in the last weeks or months. Many positive things / opportunities are in the pipeline for the next weeks/month. We will see! good luck

I know Mr. Friesen from MPH backing 15-20 years ago and we had had a few phone conversation those times. Although he seemed to be nice person, but I doubt his claim of not selling any WAVE shares. Of course, one would easily know how VSE stocks are being played. The insiders wouldn't sell but they have a group of family and friends who could buy by an insider tip on a forthcoming news or sell
