Red Flags - HORRIBLE management team

Is anyone else aware that William Morton also runs Cariboo Rose, the adjacent property???? This seems VERY fishy to me. Which one is a shell company? It feels like this horrible management team is simply DILUTING the share price of BOTH of these companies while he SUCKS out a paycheque. It's time to get rid of FISHY BILL!
