re:Nucryst IPOanother thought is that since WED will still retain control by virtue of 2/3 of outstanding shares, they could in the future issue more shares of Nucryst whenever they felt it was time to either raise some more cash or dilute their exposure. I wonder about the value of the Nucryst debt to Westaim. The more I think about this deal the more I like it, assuming the IPO is a success at the numbers suggested today. Next week should be good as this is digested.
