Wavefront Technology Solutions Inc V.WEE.H

Alternate Symbol(s):  WFTSF

Wavefront Technology Solutions Inc. is engaged in the advancement of dynamic fluid injection technology for oil and gas well stimulation and improved/enhanced oil (IOR/EOR) recovery. Through its Powerwave technology, it provides the oil and gas industry to place fluids into the reservoir. The dynamic action of Powerwave’s fluid pulses diverts injected fluids away from established flow paths, achieving better fluid distribution. Its patented Powerwave process is an injection technology that improves the flow of fluids in geological materials, including sedimentary soils and fractured rock. These materials are composed of a solid matrix and pore structure, which contain fluids such as oil and gas. The Primawave process is a method for aiding in-ground environmental remediation clean-up strategies in contaminated sites. Primawave provides the environmental sector with a solution for aiding in the clean-up of contaminated sites. It deals directly with exploration and production companies.

RE: Brett's response

RE: Brett's responseThank you for posting this. I wish you would email him back and try to pin him down on whether they believe the problem is fixed or how long it will take to get the problem fixed. My understanding and inference is that there was poor performance of the newly installed tools in one ( more than one?) field with a client (Cenovus?) due to an undisclosed issue ( valve?). I further understand, infer that some of the redesigned tools have been put back to work but it is too soon to know if this will be a definite fix. Anyway, as a shareholder, I find it inexcusable that they waited until now to mention this while in the meanwhile putting out glowing press releases about rapid acceptance of the product, etc just 2 weeks ago. I also think the press release and MD&A is very vague. Maybe, if you are in contact with Brett ask them to host a conference call at the next chance so questions can be asked. On a positive note, this does not seem to be a fatal or terminal problem if they can identify and cure the mechanical defect so that maybe in 3-6 months the major client and others will expand their program. I am still holding my shares but obviously I am not happy with how they are going about disclosing this
