I bit my tongue for a few years as salaries rose.  With respect to the CFO, WEE is not cash flow positive.  Implying the CFO is instrumental in bringing in the $20 million is totally absurd and is diverting the true attention.   Why should that individual be entitled to such an affluent remuneration when the company has not achieved on its goals?  Excuses are for lame kangaroos.  You cannot dispute this.  You may feel it is correct to reward those but in my world, performance.  Manning phones and handling company books and attending money raising meetings are part of the job.  Being paid such an exorbitant salary when sales are a few million dollars?  Please don’t affront my astuteness.  Cheers.
