In order for a lawyer to be involved,you need proof of fraud.Your or anyone else here is NOT qualified to find it.
Simply put,there was no fraud.You cannot charge Wavefront with anything,except mismanagement possibly,but that's not ground for a lawsuit.Neither is the fact that these management clowns were only interested in their own paychecks.These guys did that for the last 15yrs...I know I've been here warning these bullboard pumpers for years,that this companys tech is worthless.Simply because nobody ever wanted it ,even when it was trading for pennies.This company ,as I implied many times,is a tax loss.
And has been for many years.
Forget lawsuit my friend..and use Wavefront as a tax loss.
Just like everyone here including the big WEE "hero" Doug Berger.
