Any large shareholders - share info and develop a strategy

Let's come up with a plan.
We need to set up a meeting and organize before these boys steal this company and go private.
It's what I suspect they've wanted to do for years.
This company is ours. It's up to us to save it.
Message me with number of shares you hold, and the best time to meet on Zoom, Skype, Messenger, or whatever your favourite platform may be.
Let's make a Happy New Year!

Sry gojo.. it's a waste of time...we common shareholders add up to zero. You may be right about them wanting to go private, they sure have run the company that way for years. I've owned companies that went private before...and in every case the common shareholders gets zero. The main reason is votes. Management and its cronies control the majority shares in every case. The vote takes place ...more

Sadly, Himmler is right. If Berger fights against management, then, given his stake, maybe some hope. Otherwise, unlikely. However, doesn't mean we should roll over and die, just means not to put much money into the game until/unless there's evidence we could be effective. Imo, most effective would be to persuade a listed junior to make a share bid for WEE.....that focuses attention on WEE ...more

You're wrong, himmler... Management does not control enough of the vote to get away with it if we organize. Anyone who isn't defeatist. get in touch by messaging me this week. We don't know who this himmler is. He claims he no longer owns shares... Don't let yourself become discouraged by a disinterested heckler. GLTA who make their own luck!

Burger could control the direction with support of the shareholders.   The shareholders of WEE did not deserve Brett's Christmas message.  Why didn't he reach out to shareholders with a special meeting 3 months ago?  A solution could have possibly been worked out.   possibility, new management group who have industry connections, can cut costs, and can ...more

I sure hope that with your endeaver to challenge the companys position, you arm yourself more with facts than conjecture. I'll tell you what I understand, "guy who named himself after a Nazi",,. Under your plan, WEE fails for shareholders for sure. Under my plan, we compare notes, we discuss, and we collect our clout with a view to steering this company towards production and profitability. Yours is a defeated attitude, mine is a negotiating position. Go ahead and stand around while you watch your ...more
