No one's going to sue them, or take them to court.....
all we can do, from a practical point of view, is wait patiently ....if the receivalbles come in, or some other source of funds appears, we live to fight another day.......alternatively, our 'assets', including contracts, hard assets, receivables, good will (?) etc, could be sold .......and possibly garner some funds for we who financed this 80 million dollar fiasco....or maybe just pay our illustrious leader some 'change of control' or similar clause, payment. ....finally, we could just slip into receivership, with our assets going to the highest bidder.......and in that sort of situation, the fix always seem to be in, and the highest bidder 'just' manages to pay enough to cover the receivers fees, govt owed funds etc never, hardly ever, a penny left over. Happy days all.
