Assays could come here at any time. Streetwise article earlier this week showing some really juicy looking care photos from much shallower depths than expected.
The current target being drilled is interpreted to be an "up-flow" structure. Based on the orientation of veining in core this far this N/E structure has "source" potential.
Its never been drilled, but I believe due to the elevations in the hill there is some exposure of the orebody/sinter on surface.
Despite management having enough money to do a much larger program. I believe this 2000m program was strategic with an intent to go back to market for a much larger funding to infill drill this step out.
The first hole was. 400m step out. This would nearly triple the resource area which is already 960koz to begin with. Management confidently discussing 4-5moz or discovery potential at Gravel Creek.
High grade sediment hosted deposits near surface in Nevada with that many ounces aren't $30m companies. They are $300m+ companies.
Best hole ever here is 46m @ 26 g/t Au. Some incredible high grade broad drilling on this Aura project. Never know what you may run into!
