Westhaven Gold Corp. > Yeah, but....................................

Yeah, but....................................

I have a ton of respect for Grenville and Eira, the kid brother.................not so sure, not yet.

Whomever asked Paul Mcrae to join the WHN board perhaps did not read this or know about this: https://iknnews.com/paul-mcrae-of-lundin-mining-lun-to-illegal-insider-trader/

I just started my new round of due diligence on WHN.  I bought in at .08 some years ago and I did not see any missteps until this morning.  I came across the article on Paul McRae.  These are all facts and you can verify them yourselves.  I did not know that the Lundins had taken over Nevsun, a great Canadian gold miner doing business in Africa.  I think Sean Roosen of Osisko was involved in NSU, but can't recall for sure.

McRae was involved in the buy-out of NSU, and his name shows up again as a director for WHN.  I don't think much of his personal involvement as he has proven to have questionable ethics.  However, hiring a director of his experience and background may very well indicate that WHN is in play.

I am hoping that WHN holds itself to the highest professional and ethical standards and give the boot to Paul McRae.  Why would Gren do this?  I don't know.  Perhaps it is the younger Thomas' decision, of whom I currently hold in low regard.   Not good judgment to have McRae on board and not good optics either.  Either somone did not do their due diligence, or they did not care.  After this deal, I am done with the younger Thomas, but not with Gren or Eira, who both have my greatest respect.
