With a closing date scheduled for this Friday it tells me that these are funds taking down much of this placement. It will be interesting to see who these funds might be especially if this is there initial position in WHN. The quick increase in size also suggests another fund stepped in and took down a 500k position. GLTA

Being oversubscribed is not a bad thing even at these depressed prices.  Good secure funds now.  You just don't know what will happen in the coming weeks and months.  Market is so volatile and the precious metals are in the tank. As you corretnly point out, there are big funds who view WHN favourably.  I have to highlight again that there are no warrants attached to this ...more

Agree 100%.  The small increase in size of this placement imo is a positive.  I would like to see Sprott or a Major along with insiders for this raise.  Also thank you for your observations regarding cash availability and cash burn which preceeded this offering.  Great job!
