Another Fund Raise

I'm guessing management know where there's more funds available- hopefully enough to get this across the line . Why else close one and open another straight away ?

You have not been following close enough. They have to keep one open for optics. It has been years since they fulfilled a full PP or had one over subscribed. Mgmt delivery has been an issue, dates within presentations keep getting missed and slow to update.
