Surprise!!! WHY extends PP closing date and ups to $3M

Well, how would like to read this....cup half full or half empty....  I'll go with half full - in talks with a big investor and needs more time to close the deal (Ext. till April 28) and as a result PP increased to $3M from $2.5M due to delays or inflation or bigger dreams.

I am not surprised by the press release, in fact CALLED IT !  This has been the standard m.o.   We are now in limbo once again till April 28th.

WHY avoids the 6% commission to deal with broker houses but PPs took a bit longer to close. ....heres another interesting one . There was a director called zwynck who , according to records left after the fake bid incident . Does anyone know why or have contact details so we can ask ?  Now he would have had all available info on the most undervalued company in the world and be able to say exactly why he walked away from BS mans golden dream . Scot, you may be into something based on past history for sure.  For companies with zero cash flow and wanting to keep up the charade, legally they have to keep some sort of fund offering in place otherwise, t i t s up.  It's funny, when I was looking for the cfo's contact details, the number of PP annouced, unfilled, refilled, fake sells, you name it, are unbelievable.
