WHY and the financing

so these guys are doing the financing through Stockhouse Deal Room, they've contacted me with a few emails,I've requested more detail, how much is left to be taken up and who is the market maker/broker involved just so I don't get involved with CC, not interested in watching the stock blown out so they keep the warrants.Anybody take a look at buying the deal?

SStok - If the company are confident they can get this placing done why have they resorted to using the Stockhouse Deal room ? Clearly they have no backers ready to take up stock .The wise man sits and watches to see what happens by the end of the placing period 3/31 /21 . If the placing is done then you can buy at that point - if not then avoid . Past track record shows placing after placing

I really hope this company is doing more than just waiting for the PP to fill. .....so many years gone by

By the time they fill this PP we'll have flying cars, this is painfully slow.Today some Euro manganese  came out with finance news,318,000,000 shares out at .57, reprocessing magnesium tailinngs,we have a ready to go deposit next to a highway to the USA or railway to the same and we sit at .18 , come on get it together . Another one MN,106,000,000 shares out,in the drilling stage at .70.

It's in western Canada.... hate to say it but Canada doesn't seem to be mining friendly even in proclaimed mining districts....excluding Quebec of course. I have read about the changes in requirements to get permits for these types of projects so I can understand the companies frustrations.
