The market could finally be sensing the financings are advancing to close soon. My projections are credible though execution needs to be there for success. The NI 43-101 resource assessment support the reserves and ore grade. The PEA and Stage 1 PFS supports the processing project economics and technical assessment by respected, independent engineering firm SRK. These are facts. The mining economics are simple enough. The "dream" is real enough to put my "real" cash into W.H.Y.

Cost to get here for the land, drilling, environment studies, process studies, engineering studies, and permits have not been cheap. This is a huge world class one rock asset not some fledgling deposit. I know of only a handful of these types of assets and none that can sell raw ore to market economically. Ther current shareholders got us here in a tough financing market but that ship is sailing

Last time I made this sizable sn entry into a junior miner was Champion Iron Ore. I have not posted there for a while but still hold. Threw some profits here into WHY. Bought at $1.25/sh for 4x so far. It will double again with a 2x capacity expansion but the easy money was made earlier when the risks were still present. WHY offers a compelling entry point but midy investors will be more likely to

A massive 172 year mine life based on NI 43-101 criteria for the start up quarry mine is worth noting, and still 43 years on ramp to 1Mpa. Those are big numbers but only represents a fraction of the actual discovery. Show me a metals mine with this potential that is this undervalued after PEA and permits are advanced. A competitor in REE mining quoted $25M to complete their PFS and EIA submission.

Gain ? I have lost thousands buying and holding this stock. I have made more money buying OTC sub penny stocks that turn out to be complete scams. Why would anybody park money in mining ? Money that just sits for years and years.

Once the mining permit is released then the resource shifts to reserves and the asset carries a substantial book value following a reserves update. Right now I could argue the company valuation is based on the gold reclamation project and the gold drilling results. A massive high quality magnesium asset is currently valued near zero and yet is 6 to 8 months from a huge NAV assignment. Investors

Ok. I admit it. I am not very smart. I mean I did invest in this company and lost over half my money. A company should not be allowed an entire lifetime to develop a resource.

Nice trade again at 3:39 pm just ahead of the close with a pittance volume. No matter. Those games have a short leash or you can play them at a much higher SP for whatever silly reasons. I might start to do the same on the buy side. Maybe we shall meet on that point next week. I will be ready. :-)

Yes NICE trade and the price down 3% on the day . As for being smarter than the trio kiss my @ss bone head . Here's what a smart investor or say an institution does .De risks by being out of the stock or selling down if a holder currently then buying back IF a fund raise brings in enough to sort the finances out and get the permits . This is precisely why there are NO institutions invested
