I disagree without NVM Scanmag is a non starter as opposed NVM still can get a deal or financing elsewhere without Scanmag.
A deal with Scanmag would make things easier for NVM. But no deal would not kill NVM and in the long run may be better. I think we are giving up a lot for what we are getting.
