My biggest concern is around potential financing. It is very common for big money to want in with a low/lower share structure to ensure they don't get hit with a rollback . My worry is they will want a roll back before it moves forward, a split by 2/3/4 to 1 will lower the share and get the price up enough to issue new paper and keep outstanding reasonable.
