RE:RE:Property
OK, I'm officially going after Sam as CEO. Why do you approve a private placement in the form of a convertible note. 12% interest and $.05/ share once it hits it's 1 year term. That's almost 1/3 of the retail price on the open market and is way lower than the current open private placement. $0.13/$0.19 is the current gathering by the IR team. Why would you devalue the company this bad considering you closed all the previous warrants at $0.05 because "they diluted the company."

I tried to find the audio of Sam admitting to insider trading and it has since been removed from the website and its original source of sound cloud. I am asking anyone that has downloaded the audio before they were deleted to please send them to me. Jimsandison9 at gmail.com

After speaking to my corporate attorney this morning he thinks the shareholders have a class action suit against Sam or Western Mag. If you didn't buy your warrants back in Feb then please email me an interest email and with enough people we will find a firm that handles this type of case specifically.
