Property
I've heard there has been a property acquisition recently. I searched the Steven's County Recorder and the Addy hasn't sold so it must be something related to the pilot plant. Maybe the 2 new hires are working on the physical build out of the property tied to the pilot. I also heard there was a total of 3 properties being negotiated on. Something about a turn key site, pilot plant, and a rehab site. I'm assuming the rehab site would be addy due to the old infrastructure. I'm kinda curious if anyone has heard of this third site idea floating around chat rooms that would be turn key. I had one of my clients that was a finance person for major investment firms do an in depth analysis of Western Mag. He says our stock should be around $.30-$.40 per share right now. If the company has actual end product, metal produced, by the end of the year; we should be between $1-$2 per share. I'll be excited to finally see the company move forward with some positive potential. We have been held down for way too long.

This could be what the $150,000 convertible note is about. Seeing as how sam has said they have enough cash on hand to cover expenses until next spring this seems like a unforeseen expense. The terms of the convertible note are great if this stock is 1 or 2 dollars by next summer.

SJ, its 0.05c or market value. Whichever is higher, meaning if the shares reach 1$ it is a much better offer than a private placement. This type of note is common it tech startups.

SJ you need to calm down. I know you are frustrated and so are some others. You also need to read the offer again and you will see you red it wrong.

Property: valid points I think but put that aside, what in the world is western magnesium going to do with 150,000 ? It seems to me the next steps are going to require large amounts of money, so what's the point of 150,000 where does it take the company what does it get them?

Cbalardo, that's because you are wrong. Their is no 5c offering, can you not read terms? 5c hasn't been a offering for awhile. In my opinion this money is for the down payment on a property. 10% or 5% on a land deal. Sam said they have enough operational cash for a year, he cannot simply lie. This expense is outside of the operating margin.

What you read in 2019 has nothing to do with this latest fund raising. Trying to twist the two together is deceptive. I think you should invest in your pipe dreams and find some other site to bash. Name a few of these types of investments that you are talking about.
