The 33 Million dollars you posted as a debt is actually not a debt but the amount of money the company has spent since inception. If you take 20years or more that doesn't amount to much annualy.

Actual shareholders Deficit is $1,381,156
Total liabilities and shareholders Deficit is $2,332,787.

That's pretty low for a start up company.
