And as mentioned before the lawsuits will be settled, life goes on.
There is no point in suing for an amount that they don't have.

4.2 million owed will most prolly be settled for approx 30 million snares

The amount being asked for in the suit isn't 'owed' until and unless they win the action.
You always ask for more than you think you will get.
And what does the willingness of settling for shares in the company tell you?
Would anyone forego cash for shares if they thought the company was going bust as some here have said ? (guess who)

a full operational plant would cost millions. They don't have that 
The company is a scam and broke

Settling for shares in a company over cash is the biggest endorsement of that company I can think of.
Hmm, 4.2 million in cash or 30,000,000 shares worth zero?
Duh.
