RE:RE:RE:3 months financials I first invested in this stock back in 2012 when it was NVM.V I'm starting to wonder if this is the never ending story and if there is ever going to be proof in the pudding... Yup me too.
If this company fails it will be because their 'Metalution' thing doesn't work not because of their share count, dilution, directors compensation, law suits...etc.
If they can't produce Mg metal then nothing else matters.
Even then it remains to be see if they can turn a profit. Then all those things that Exec rambles on about will be a concern.
He's even right about the Venture being a place for risky investments but that's the nature of venture.
There's always the blue chips.
But for now no point in putting the cart before the horse. They have managed to get to this point and remain in business for a long time, its worth another 6 months to see if they can turn the page.
To me anyway.
Hard thing for us is none of us know if they actually have anything...
The whole secrecy thing is an issue.

Others have also tried and failed.
WMG is a huge gamble for investors, could go either way.
But for you, having got in almost ten years ago you must be ahead? (way ahead)
Probably at least 5X. Lots of talk but until they have a product they're mostly just a liability. Totally agree with this and all your points. Can somone run their numbers for a realistic evaluation once they're fully up and operational? No.
For one thing like you said it may never happen then its a moot point.
Until we get some metrics you can't make a meaninful analysis.
That can't happen until they get the commercial pilot plant running.
Just like Vegas, place your bets and hope for the best.
Maybe take the E99 advice, sell your shares if you are in the money.
