RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Western Q3 end August 2021 *update Yes this is true and I'm not claiming to know the extent of Severs claim or the other two that are before the courts at the moment. 
What is true is that these claims could possibly go on for years and fighting them in court is not cheap. The company currently has no revenue stream besides private placements and issuing more shares and warrants and will not be breaking ground on a production facility for approximately 18 months so maybe 3 years if all goes as planned until any real production?
