Most companies have an intellectual property agreement with their employees. Any ideas or intellectual property an employee discloses becomes property of the company. Some companies offer payment in such cases but it would not surprise me if Sever is after royalties. This is why people should patent their ideas before sharing.

Nobody seems scared about dilution. But with the recent surge in share price you must think that the 80 million options at a weighted price of 9 cents will be triggered and sold back into the market. We are now approaching 500 million shares...before lawsuits. We will be lose to a billion soon

NRT, in this case patenting has more downside than upside. Patents expire after a time, after which you lose your protection. But especially in this case, the requirement to disclose their process means handing the technology to China or anyone else who may not play by the same rules. Not a good strategy here.
