RE:RE:Finally the good news we have been waiting for!400 to 1?
Ya, sounds reasonable.
Certainly easier than getting it to 2-3 bucks organically based on what they have (or haven't) got.

For those that don't read the DS posts, this is from the company spokesperson (Ashleigh) that responds on that site:

Hi everyone, still waiting for a date to share with you on the financier TownHall for next week or the following, please understand that we are at the mercy of others schedules on this one. We will be addressing your questions during that discussion as I mentioned before. Also, very excited to report that our tech valuation is starting this week, a process that could take up to 10 weeks so we are very eager to learn more about this when finished and of course will be open to discussing as much as we can during our meeting. Thanks, have a great week all and I’ll be back with a save the date for the TownHall hopefully later this week!

Hi again, to help clear up some confusion here, although the words evaluation and valuation are used interchangeably, moving forward, Western Magnesium management finds the word valuation to be a more appropriate definition of the process as we establish the value of our technology.

Also, it’s critical to remember and respect our intent with building this disruptive technology and understand the many obstacles we face in executing such a distinctive mission. Despite our best intentions, delays occur in real time and you, our shareholders should understand that this is not a deliberate act but very much the norm with successful companies across the board. We are beyond proud of our accomplishments thus far given the amount of challenges we are faced with every single day. After I post an update, or we give information and the process changes, or something causes a delay, we may not be able to share that given the sensitive nature of the cause, or that it might be construed as insider information, therefore limiting our ability to disclose such information.

I am confident that our official valuation is beginning this week. And I will add, that Sam does his very best to update you at all times based on the information he is given hence the TownHall we hosted in February and will again this month, but you must remember that information is fluid based on SEC rules and regulations, the exchanges, lawyers, accountants, etc., but the fact that we have maintained a schedule is remarkable given circumstances that have been out of our control. Thanks and have a great day!

Should be interesting to see what WMG is valued at.
Anyone care to take a guess?
